Okay,Mercurial Vapor Pas Cher, I figure since no one's started a thread on this glitch yet, either I'm EXTREMELY unlucky or no one is buying a damn funny series.Whatever. Either way, I've got a bad disc 4 times now. Disc 3 in Part 2 of My Bride is a Mermaid glitches every damn time for me. None of the other discs are a problem and I've never had a problem with any other Funimation discs in the DVD player I'm using so I don't think that's the issue,mercurial vapor.I've been through the first disc I bought, the first replacement from Right Stuf, the second replacement from Right Stuf, and now a replacement from Funimation themselves. (I've sent a terse e-mail on this last one. I'm really starting to just get kinda pissed off,Mercurial Vapor.)Is anyone else getting this glitch where on either the start of episode 16 or the middle of episode 17 the disc starts skipping chapters and goes undreadable with random images overlapping and altogether failing? I really want to know if anyone else is getting this problem. (If only to know that there are some anime fans who actually bought this series,maillot adidas football. The bad disc aside the show is very funny and zanny with great characters,tods femme. . . well FUBAR,tods chaussures.Yeah that is more or less what Funi's customer support told me.I admit that I haven't checked it in another machine yet. It just didn't seem possible that the machine could read the disc just fine only to suddenly have problems 3 1/2 eps in,tod's homme. This tends to only be the case when the entire disk cannot be read or just the second layer.As I said, I bought the set from Rightstuf and originally had issues with Episode 17,adidas f50. I exchanged the disk at Rightstuf and got a good copy,nike mercurial pas cher.I think what you have here is a batch of disks with poor manufacturing quality. There is a chance that it will still work in another player because different players have different capabilities of handling errors. However,chaussures hommes tods prix, in some ways it is good to have a player that does not do a good job because it may identify a disk that will have issues in the future. All disks degrade over time and eventually get enough errors that parts can no longer be read. If the starting condition of the disk is not good, then in increases the chance of this happening earlier than normal.Well, it looks like the problem is more than a disc reading issue. I've tried it in several machines and while it plays better in some, it mostly glitched horribly. Lots of artifacting and fuzz or just skipping and screen going black.It is just weird to me that only the one disc seems to be so messed up. I've contacted Funimation's customer service again and hopefully something can be figured out. I envy everyone who has a functioning disc!I may be able to play it completely on my DVD recorder oddly enough but I've got to verify it. I'm going to take some time this weekend to record video of the various glitches on different machines. It's a great show!
